New Modules Series 200AP

The proven loop modules M2xxE with System Sensor protocol have been updated by the manufacturer to the state-of-the-art. The new modules are designated by the suffix "A" at the end of the type. They are fully downward compatible with the existing modules Series 200AP and 200 and therefore can be used as fully adequate replacement. They can be used in fire detection systems BC600 and BC216.

The following features of the new modules are remarkable:
› better visibility of the LEDs – particularly when the products are mounted in a horizontal position on a mounting plate or in a Surface Mounting Box M200E-SMB or M200E-SMB-KO
› thanks to the individual laser marking, the LEDs as well as the terminals are labelled with the actual use
› instead of the former optional mounting base, the modules have built-in noses for snapping the modules on a 35 mm DIN rail
› the quiescent current has been reduced by approximately half
› the protection circuits of the inputs have been further improved. In this way, now the inputs are also protected against direct connection of 24 VDC.
