On Friday 20th of April 2018, the ground breaking for a new facility of the Labor Strauss Sicherungsanlagenbau GmbH, the leading Austrian manufacturer of fire detection systems, extinguishing control systems as well as burglar and hold up alarm technology, took place in the presence of mayor Mag.a Christine Oppitz-Plörer.
Completion early in 2019
Construction work started right after Easter and will be completed this autumn. Business operations are expected to start at the new site at the beginning of 2019, the Tyrolean subsidiary will employ a 23-strong office and field staff.
