Four exciting weeks at the trade fairs in Berlin, Leipzig, Braunschweig and Dresden

The last four weeks have been all about trade fairs for us – from the SecurityExpo in Berlin to the fire brigade trade fair Florian in Dresden. Altogether, some 18 colleagues from the subsidiary company MEP-Gefahrenmeldetechnik GmbH took part in the various events and brought back important impressions and exciting contacts.

The first SecurityExpo Berlin attracts huge interest in fire protection

These four weeks started with the SecurityExpo Berlin, a trade fair that took place for the first time. 67 exhibitors from nine countries presented their solutions and innovations in the field of security technology. More than 1800 visitors took the opportunity to get informed at the event, with more than a quarter of the visitors showing particular interest in danger detection technology and fire protection.

efa:ON in Leipzig – electrical engineering meets the future

Immediately afterwards, we headed for efa:ON in Leipzig, a major trade fair for electrical, building, lighting and energy technology. With 211 exhibitors and 11,800 visitors, 4000 more than two years ago, the trade fair sent a clear signal for growth and innovation. The three days in two exhibition halls offered a wide range of opportunities to exchange ideas with manufacturers, service providers, planners, architects and engineers.

Focus on fire protection in Braunschweig

The following week, two of our colleagues attended a trade event in Braunschweig that focused specifically on current fire protection topics. 35 exhibitors and 500 participants used the two days to engage in intensive discussions and gain valuable insights for practical application.

Record at the Florian trade fair in Dresden

Our trade fair tour concluded with the fire brigade trade fair Florian in Dresden, which attracted a record number of more than 30,000 trade visitors, which represents an increase of 7 % compared to the previous year. Here more than 400 exhibitors from 16 countries presented their products and services. This was a great opportunity for us to expand our network and experience the latest trends firsthand.

A strong team – four weeks full of input and inspiration

Altogether, some 18 colleagues from MEP-Gefahrenmeldetechnik GmbH were active at these exciting trade fairs over the last four weeks. The diverse impressions, technical discussions, and networking opportunities will certainly enrich us in future projects.
