Returns

If you want to return products, you can enter your return delivery here. Please fill in the form completely to allow us to process your return quickly.

After submitting the form, you will receive a confirmation of the entry and – after an internal check whether the requirements are met – a form with a "Return Merchandise Authorization" number (RMA number). Please print it out and enclose it with the properly packed goods.

Please note, that a return is subject to the following conditions:

• The product is returned in the unopened original packaging, the product and the packaging are undamaged (except repairs).
• The product is returned within 6 months from the date of delivery (except repairs).
• The product is part of the standard product range of LST.
• The return has been authorized by LST.

We ask you to understand that for organisational reasons, return deliveries without an RMA number cannot be processed, and that we refuse to accept goods in the case of an unauthorized return delivery.

The customer shall bear the costs of the return shipment, including any customs duties incurred, as well as handling costs.

After receiving the package, we will check your request and contact you.
